The end result was that we received more than 15% over asking price – this was not a million dollar home either so this was an extremely strong result. She started (and ended) with 100% enthusiasm and immediately found a contractor who did an overhaul on the interior of the entire home for a very reasonable fee. Sharon and her team are absolutely amazing, professional, accommodating, friendly and efficient.
