The end result was that we received more than 15% over asking price – this was not a million dollar home either so this was an extremely strong result. She started (and ended) with 100% enthusiasm and immediately found a contractor who did an overhaul on the interior of the entire home for a very reasonable fee. Sharon and her team are absolutely amazing, professional, accommodating, friendly and efficient. From finding a home to finalizing the closing they are all there to help and make the process as smooth as possible. Sharon spent a lot of time before I landed in Pittsburgh understanding what I was looking for and familiarizing me with the different neighborhoods and vibes. From the day I landed in Pittsburgh to having my offer on a home accepted was 4 days and that was due to Sharon & team’s focus on preparation, having the right homes available for me to see and her terrific negotiation skills. The home I ultimately selected was one that had come on the market so recently that I hadn’t even seen it online yet. Sharon had obviously spent significant time understanding my needs so well that she was able to zero in on the right home for me.
