What Do You Want: A Fiduciary or a Functional Agent? Choosing the Right Real Estate Partner in 2024

In a groundbreaking shift for the real estate industry, recent changes now require homebuyers to sign a Buyer Agency Contract before an agent can show them any properties. This policy, enacted by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) following a significant 2024 class-action lawsuit, seeks to make real estate transactions more transparent and improve the quality of service homebuyers receive. Real Estate Insight: Transforming a Brick Home with Masonry Stain for a Lasting Impression

In my neighborhood, I recently saw a stunning transformation that made me appreciate the power of masonry stain even more. A home that had recently changed hands underwent a dramatic color change—from red brick to a stunning, vibrant white. The result was eye-catching and beautiful, and it immediately drew attention from neighbors. Naturally, a few reached out to me with questions, knowing that my real estate business offers a concierge service that includes recommendations for home improvement.

After a bit of research, my hunch was confirmed. The benefits of masonry stain—from its breathability to its impressive durability—made it the perfect choice for this home, and it&. ...
